If you\u2019re here, you\u2019ve forgotten your PIN. Your PIN is your Personal Identification number issued to provide an extra later of security to your transaction process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Without your PIN, you simply cannot trade on the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, if you\u2019ve forgotten your PIN, kindly provide your registered email address and your name(first and last name ) as registered on the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also provide a screenshot of your app profile, details of your recent trades, and a copy of your national ID for verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
